The firm has extensive experience advising companies that manufacture vehicles produced in two or more stages. Our clients include intermediate-stage manufacturers, final-stage manufacturers, vehicle alterers and retail sellers of multi-stage vehicles. We also represent two major trade associations whose memberships include manufacturers and retail sellers of work trucks.
We are experienced in proceedings before the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, including representing clients in connection with investigations regarding compliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS), motor vehicle recalls and rulemakings involving the FMVSS. We also advise clients in connection with their dealings with chassis manufacturers.
