From the court house to the administrative hearing room, our attorneys represent members of the financial services industry across the nation in litigation that ranges from national class actions involving tens of thousands of potential plaintiffs to individual consumer finance cases with a single borrower.

Our class action and consumer finance experience includes the successful defense of claims brought under all of the major lending statutes such as RESPA, TILA, the Fair Housing Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, FCRA, FACTA, ECOA, FDCPA, HOEPA, Fair Credit Billing Act and EFTA.  We also regularly defend against the consumer protection act and common law claims that frequently accompany statutory lending claims.

We also represent clients in administrative proceedings before state and federal regulatory agencies as well as investigations by the Justice Department and state attorneys general.  These proceedings range from state licensing issues to HUD investigations of regulatory compliance.

Our attorneys also handle business disputes that arise between financial industry services members.  These types of disputes range from contract issues to fraud claims.
